Unbeatable customer service
I own a clothing company and had been switching printers frequently as a result of outrageous prices or poor customer service and eventually found Koala-T. Not only was the print quality much higher than any other company I used, but the prices were lower and the customer service was amazing. The printer, Scott, even took time out of his day to explain the ins and outs of printing and upon my asking of why he would divulge so much about his business he replied "An educated customer is the best kind of customer." If you are looking for a talented and experienced printer you can't find a better overall experience than Koala-T. I would have rated the service a six if it allowed.
